Nemaha Sports Construction partnered with Sampson Construction to build Haymarket Park, located in Lincoln, Nebraska. Haymarket Park is the home of the Saltdogs as well as Husker baseball. In addition to Haymarket Park, we also participated (in conjunction with Kewit) in the construction of the softball and baseball fields at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, located in Omaha, Nebraska.
With each project, Nemaha installed all field subdrainage systems, along with field base aggregate and synthetic turf for both UNO Softball Stadium and UNO Baseball Stadium.
Each stadium includes both Home and Visitor dugouts and bull pens, along with full-service pitching bull pens. The field design meets all NCAA requirements and the facilities were designed with the ultimate fan experience in mind.
